So, here I was, waiting for a confirmation on shipping, (you wrote that it would ship on Wednesday) thinking "more smoke up my butt!" When I got home last night, I was going to write an inquisitive e-mail about the status of my order, and lo and behold: notification from UPS. Needless to say, I was impressed, and very pleased. Nowadays, my money goes not to the company with the best price, but with the best customer service. Just wanted to drop you guy's a line to say how fast and professional you guys were with the custom order of my lepera seat. I've had 4 different seats on this bike ranging from: mustang ,sadlemen and danny grey. none have fit as well as the one you ordered for me. I have purchased thousands of dollars in motorcycle parts from many different suppliers and have had many many disappointments along the way. I was especially impressed with the way in which you handled the changes I made with the additional stitching in the rear passengers section. You guy's set the standard for customer service, professionalism, and expediting orders and your response time to questions is excellent to say the least.
