All shipments are FOB Shipping. FOB is an abbreviation for Free On Board. FOB shipping is the term used when the ownership/liability of goods passes from the seller to the buyer at the time the goods are shipped. This means that once a package leaves our facility it is the responsibly of the buyer.
This is important to reference as if a package gets delivered and left on a doorstep and is somehow stolen. It IS the responsibility of the purchaser. Of course in the rare instance that a package never gets delivered and tracking information confirms that it never reached the destination this would be considered a shipment failure and will be taken care of by us providing insurance was purchased.
To protect yourself from the possibility of lost or stolen packages we highly recommend shipping to a business address where someone will always be there to sign for it. |
| How do I track my order? |

If you made an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Orders with or without an account can also be tracked HERE via tracking number or order number/zip code. Please note, this is only for domestic orders shipped from our location via UPS or FedEx. USPS (Postal) and "Drop Ship" orders can not be tracked using this page, you must email us for those tracking numbers. |
| What method of shipping is your free freight? |

We generally use FedEx Home delivery or FedEx Ground delivery for our free shipping but reserve the right to use any other method that is best suited for the shipment. |
| Why is there an option for shipping insurance? |
| |
All standard shipping is basic shipping. Basic shipping does not include shipping insurance for packages that get lost during transit and never arrive at their destination and confirmed with tracking information.
This small option insures that if the shipping company loses the package the entire value of the shipment will be covered and a replacement shipment will be sent. |
